Easy access to a number of rail lines including the Yamanote Line. Gets quite busy in the morning since the area is filled with office buildings. Has a sample Uniqlo store and some eateries. Signs are clear and you should be able to find the right exit you are looking for.

The station is clean and has a few train lines.

A nice place where you can transfer to the Rinkai and Saikyo lines. No need to check out; it is directly connected within the checkin points(so you can take advantage of that if you just want to ‘see the sights’ in between). The downside is that there is only one restroom which is completely insufficient for the traffic so you won’t be too happy if nature calls you.
